Nigeria and South Africa. In Nigeria it follows CAMA 2020 and Corporate Affairs Commission practice. In South Africa it follows the Companies Act 2008 and CIPC requirements, including close corporations and beneficial ownership filings. Plans are priced in naira and in rand.

Yes. Minutes are structured for corporate governance, not casual AI summaries. Drafts follow the sections company secretaries expect: attendance and apologies, matters arising, discussions, decisions, resolutions and action items. You review and edit everything before it becomes the official record.

Yes. Upload your existing minutes template in Word, PDF or text and CosecScribe uses it as the foundation for your next set of minutes: your headings, your structure, your house style.

Add a company by its registration number or by uploading a registry document. CosecScribe works out the statutory dates that apply to that type of company, such as annual returns and ownership filings, and alerts you by email and push notification at 14, 7, 3 and 1 days. It also shows what a late filing would cost today.

Not yet. It prepares the complete pack, including the notice, the certified extract of the resolution and the registers, as PDF and Word on your letterhead. You submit it through the regulator’s portal.

A private page for your directors. They open it with their own code to read the board pack, vote and sign written resolutions. Each signature is recorded with the name, time and a document hash, and reminders are sent automatically to anyone who has not signed.

Yes. The Enterprise plan gives a firm shared books for up to 10 team members, with roles for partners, secretaries and assistants, a review and approval workflow, and bulk import of your client list.

Only you and the colleagues you share a book with. Uploaded audio is deleted once transcription completes, in-person recordings stay on your device, saved documents are encrypted, and your data is never used to train AI models. You can delete any meeting at any time.

Only the meetings you choose. Paste a Zoom, Teams or Google Meet link, or switch it on for individual meetings in your calendar. It never appears in a call uninvited.

Yes. CosecScribe is on the App Store and Google Play for recording, transcription and minutes on the go, and the web app at cosec.cosecscribe.com works on any device.
